One month on The World Photo Tour. Best to read while playing the song.
Here’s to all of you helping, here’s to all of you trusting, here’s to all of you hoping, here’s to all of you who made this first month of The World Photo Tour possible, for without you, nothing would’ve been the same. And it’s been good so far.
First of all, I thank my parents. I can’t even imagine the amount of stress I’m causing them, I don’t even dare to think how they go to sleep at night without knowing where I am, if I am… For putting up with that, I thank them.
For all my life, I will never forget Simon’s and Rachael’s impressive support. These two people, photographers at SiRAstudio in Harrogate, have contributed to helping me kick off on my journey beyond any expectations.
I also thank both Crafters and Pony and Trap bands. People in the world, be aware of these upcoming names!
I thank my aunt who got me to Harrogate in the first place.
I thank Robert and Fiona Robinson. My favourite engaging readers! :)
I thank Lucia, a friend that was there from the very beginning of my path to this road.
I Lydia Fernandez-Arias representing Luxson.
I Anca and Tony, from Sherburn in Elmet, Lindon Walters and Revd. Canon Dr. Paul Shackerley from Doncaster, June, Sharon and Pavel from Worksop, all equally providential in helping me sort out the broken screen condition of my laptop; Fiona’s parents – Joyce and Jeff Welch in Sutton in Ashfield; Dan Petru Ghindea and Calin from Nottingham; Vicky and Jonathan from Hoton; George Manolache, Camelia Sauciuc and Brad Watkins from Milton Keynes, Evaldas and Justine from Luton, Cezar and Manuela Ciobanu, Catalina and Marius Holban, Osian-Batyka Williams, Daniela Matica from London, Nicki Robilliard and Mark Ian Hodgson from Shoreham, Claudia, Roberto, Andreea, Carmen, Cristina from Canterbury. All of you so easily accepted for my route to meet yours and took me in, put me up and fed me. You gave me advices and you were there to talk to you at the end of some long days of walking.
I also thank all the PayPal friends of The World Photo Tour: Silviu Pantea, Alexandru Gorun, Anamaria Froman, Mihai Basalic and Mantas Gudauskas. Your help was well received.
I also want to thank all of you for your words of support and also for those of you who bothered to share this story.
To all of you, I bow. For all of you, I’ll walk.
And because I just got a bit closer to Romania, here’s a tune to end this first chapter – one of Romania’s best new projects of reconnecting with its past.
